If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our guidelines below to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; returns without a visible RMA number on the packaging will not be accepted.
Prepare the Equipment
Carefully repackage your items in their original factory crates or boxes, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Service Center
Send your package via a tracked and insured carrier to our designated Florida service center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly labeled on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, your refund or credit will be processed minus any applicable shipping or restocking charges.
